Card Games Australia is a proudly Aussie-owned business shipping directly from our site every day. We process your orders within 1 - 2 business days after the order is received and paid. Please note this will not apply to PRE-ORDER products. Please refer to our Pre-Order policy here for more information.
Please note we will not be liable for delays due to public holidays or delays due to circumstances outside Card Games Australia's control. If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care within 14 days of the shipping notification here.
SHIPPING RATES
For all orders we use a variable pricing structure to offers our customers the cheapest shipping options possible.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship with tracking on all orders for peace of mind and updates on progress on the parcel.
For Domestic orders we offer Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post.
For International orders we offer Australia Post International Post Standard and International Post Express. Import/customs/inspection charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer, including in the event of a refusal of delivery. Please refer to your country's relevant Customs and Import Polices prior to purchase. Card Games Australia will not be held responsible for any delivery delays resulting from customs clearance.
